(“We”, “Us” or “Our”) may collect from users (each, a “User”) of Our cloud-based monitoring and analytics services such as the Pump Portal® Software as a Service (“Services”) and the manner in which We collect, use, and disclose such information. As used in this Policy, “You” or “Your” means (i) You and (ii) Your employer or other organization that You represent.
This Policy applies to information that We collect through or in connection with Our Services, including information in email, text and other electronic communications sent through or in connection with Our Services.

We may unable to delete Your personal information except by also deleting Your account.
